📦 Return/Exchange Guidelines

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

✅ STEP 1: Get Authorization

  • Contact support@soulfulcurves.cn@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery for a return label & instructions.

  • No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

✅ STEP 2: Check Condition

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags & hygiene seals intact.

  • No stains, makeup, or odors (for hygiene reasons).

✅ STEP 3: Pack & Ship

  • Use the pre-approved return label to avoid customs fees.

  • Keep your tracking number! We’re not responsible for lost packages.
